Well, as you are probably aware, Britain (at least the south) rarely gets snow. So it goes without saying that when it does grace us, people try to make the most of it. I recall seeing snow ramps and people snow boarding down them to very quickly come to a standstill. The weather was about -1 maximum for most of the day yet I saw people in full snow wear, some, with sunglasses (to reduce the glare from the 4 inches on the ground, naturally). My favourite though was a cyclist that passed me, with a ski mask on. Normal clothing but a ski mask. It made the day even more enjoyable really.
